Michael de V. Flinn
Michael de V. Flinn, Managing Director, is a Portfolio Manager at Tocqueville Asset Management L.P. Mr. Flinn joined Tocqueville in 2005 and manages the Blooming Grove Partners, L.P. portfolio. Prior to joining Tocqueville, he held the position of Managing Director at Victory Capital Management from 1996 to 2005. Prior to Victory, Mr. Flinn spent twenty-six years as a Limited Partner at Ingalls & Snyder, managing portfolios for individuals, trusts and institutions. Mr. Flinn earned an A.B. from Yale and a J.D. from Harvard Law School.
