Nicholas Carlozzi
Nicholas Carlozzi is a Portfolio Manager at Tocqueville Asset Management L.P. Mr. Carlozzi joined Tocqueville in 2005 and is a fixed-income specialist who works with individuals, families, trusts, and charitable organizations to design and execute tax-efficient investment strategies that satisfy income needs while respecting risk tolerances. Prior to joining Tocqueville, Mr. Carlozzi was a principal of Robert R. Meredith & Co. and director of fixed-income portfolio management of Ascent/Meredith Portfolio Management, where he managed more than $650 million in client accounts. Prior to that, Mr. Carlozzi spent six years as a management and financial consultant specializing in start-up and turnaround situations. Mr. Carlozzi began his career in 1978, as an economist at the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia, where he specialized in macroeconomics and international finance. Mr. Carlozzi earned a B.A. in Mathematical Economics and Physics from Denison University and both an M.S. and Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Mr. Carlozzi is a trustee of Bloomfield College in Bloomfield, New Jersey, and is also a member of the advisory board of the Salvation Army, Montclair, New Jersey.

Tim Steele is an artist living in New York City and the founder of Tim Steele Design. As a career artist, he has also expanded into the related disciplines of interior design and contemporary structures.
With solo and group exhibitions spanning 20 years, Tim’s abstract pieces are shown in galleries, public spaces and in private collections around the world. An extension of his painting, his interior work includes NYC apartments, private homes, executive offices and entire commercial floors. With an interest in utilizing recycled and new materials, Tim is also creating modular structures that are based on shipping containers.
