Stephen Tabb, CFA, Managing Director, is a Portfolio Manager at Tocqueville Asset Management L.P. Mr. Tabb joined Tocqueville in 2000 and he is a Portfolio Manager of individual, pension, I.R.A, and trust & estate accounts. Prior to joining Tocqueville, Mr. Tabb had been investing funds of qualified profit sharing and pension plans for thirty years. He incorporated Capital Builders Advisory Services in 1977 and registered it as an investment advisor with the S.E.C. He is the Portfolio Manager of the Capital Builders Pooled Fund. He also formed and managed the CPA firm Tabb & Company for thirty-five years. Mr. Tabb earned a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Pennsylvania and an M.A. in Economics from Columbia University.
