Thomas O. Pandick is the Chief Compliance Officer at Tocqueville Asset Management L.P.  Mr. Pandick joined Tocqueville in 2004 and also serves as the Chief Compliance Officer of the Tocqueville Trust, a registered investment company.  Prior to joining Tocqueville, Mr. Pandick was Vice President at Kirkbride Asset Management for four years as Portfolio Advisor and Compliance Manager.  He was previously engaged in public service for twenty-six, years serving as General Counsel to the New York State & Local Retirement Systems and Director of Investor Affairs/Corporate Governance for the New York State Common Retirement Fund.  Mr. Pandick earned a B.S. in Accounting from Ithaca College and received his J.D. from Union College, Albany Law School.
