Dear Employees and Clients:
Due to unforeseen conditions, we have implemented our company-wide business continuity plan.
For Our Employees:
- By now, you should have received your call on the Telephone Calling Tree. Please refer to your copy of the tree and make the necessary calls to those below you.
- Please log into our Disaster Recovery Section to obtain the latest instructions.
- Please refer to your TAM Emergency Card to contact anyone, if email is down.
For Our Clients:
We do not wish to alarm you in anyway with this message. There has been no change in the status of your account and your portfolio manager continues to monitor the markets during this unpredictable time. We have implemented our Business Continuity Plan, and our managers, traders and ops back-office are operational and can handle your needs.
If you have an urgent request then please send an email to your portfolio manager and ALSO call our telephone service (800) 441-8705 to leave a message (from outside the US, please call (814) 452-9094). Please be sure to leave us your telephone number as we may not have access to our contacts data. We do ask that you limit your requests to urgent matters at this time until we return to the office for normal business operation.
We will update this message as circumstances require.
