NEWS RELEASE: On November 17, 2008, Tocqueville Asset Management made a decision to tender its shares of Euro Ressources S.A. to IAMGOLD. As of that date Tocqueville was the beneficial owners of 3,089,375 shares of Euro Ressources S.A. Having made such a determination, there now appears to be some confusion as to whether, as a U.S. shareholder, it is possible to affect such a tender. Tocqueville is in the process of working with its prime broker to tender the shares as permitted and authorized by the offering program. As a result, on November 18, 2008 Tocqueville agreed to tender its shares and is awaiting confirmation as to whether the tender has been accepted.
