Tocqueville International Value Fund

Fund Objective

To achieve long-term capital appreciation consistent with preservation of capital

Investment Strategy

  • Employ bottom-up, fundamental security analysis to select primarily non-US equities
  • Seek to identify contrarian, value-oriented securities that are depressed in price, out of favor with investors and trading at a substantial discount to intrinsic value
  • Identify the most attractive risk/reward propositions across all market capitalizations largely based on free cash flow generation, balance sheet quality and the fundamental strength of a business franchise
  • Produce above average returns and limit risk by investing primarily equity and equity related securities of non-US companies that appear undervalued
