J. Dennis Delafield, CFA, Managing Director, is a Portfolio Manager at Tocqueville Asset Management L.P. Mr. Delafield joined Tocqueville in 2009 and manages discretionary and advisory portfolios for individual and institutional accounts. He is also a co-manager of The Delafield Fund and The Select Fund. Prior to joining Tocqueville, Mr. Delafield was a Managing Director of Reich & Tang Asset Management, LLC, which had joined with Mr. Delafield’s Delafield Asset Management, Inc., in 1991. Mr. Delafield founded Delafield Asset Management, Inc., in 1980, after leaving David J. Greene as a Managing Partner, where he was for ten years. Mr. Delafield joined Sterling, Grace & Co. in New York in 1959, where he became the Partner in charge of research in their investment advisory services area. He started his career in 1957 at Security Associates, Inc., in Winter Park, Florida. Mr. Delafield earned a B.A. from Princeton University.

Investment Strategy
- Target 12-30 small to mid-sized US company equities that the manager believes are undervalued by the market
- Seek companies influenced by special situations, such as management changes, mergers and acquisitions, or hidden or unappreciated assets
- Seek to control portfolio risk by investing in other securities, including obligations issued or guaranteed by the US government, its agencies or instrumentalities
Vincent Sellecchia, CFA, Managing Director, is a Portfolio Manager at Tocqueville Asset Management L.P. Mr. Sellecchia, who has thirty-three years of investment experience, manages discretionary and advisory portfolios for individual and institutional accounts. He is also a co-manager of The Delafield Fund and The Select Fund. Mr. Sellecchia joined Tocqueville in 2009. Mr. Sellecchia started his investment career as an investment analyst at Irving Trust & Co. in 1976. He worked there for three years before joining the research team at Gabelli & Co. He joined Delafield Asset Management, Inc. in 1980, the year it was founded. In 1993, Delafield joined Reich & Tang Asset Management, LLC, where Mr. Sellecchia served as Managing Director until September 2009. Mr. Sellecchia received his B.A. from Boston College in 1974 and an M.B.A. from New York University in 1976.
Donald Wang, CFA, is a Portfolio Manager and Senior Analyst at Tocqueville Asset Management L.P. Mr. Wang joined Tocqueville in 2009 and manages discretionary portfolios. He is also a co-manager of The Select Fund. Prior to joining Tocqueville, Mr. Wang was a Portfolio Manager and Analyst of the Small Cap Equity Team at Reich & Tang Asset Management starting in 1999, which was merged into the Delafield Asset Management division of Reich & Tang in 2007. In 1996, he joined the Lindner Funds as a Portfolio Manager/Analyst and prior to joining the Lindner Funds, he worked at Spare, Kaplan, Bischel and Osterweis Capital Management as Portfolio Manager/Analyst. Mr. Wang started his investment career in 1989 as a bank analyst with Keefe, Bruyete & Woods and Prudential Bache. Mr. Wang earned his B.S. from New York University.

Tim Steele is an artist living in New York City and the founder of Tim Steele Design. As a career artist, he has also expanded into the related disciplines of interior design and contemporary structures.
With solo and group exhibitions spanning 20 years, Tim’s abstract pieces are shown in galleries, public spaces and in private collections around the world. An extension of his painting, his interior work includes NYC apartments, private homes, executive offices and entire commercial floors. With an interest in utilizing recycled and new materials, Tim is also creating modular structures that are based on shipping containers.
