A team of portfolio managers from Bear Stearns Asset Management's Specialized Investment Management Group, Senior Portfolio Manager Lawrence Fields and Portfolio Managers Heather Perlmutter and Michael Meltzer have joined Tocqueville Asset Management L.P. following Bear Stearns' consolidation with JPMorgan Asset Management. The three were responsible for managing balanced accounts for small and mid-sized institutions and high-net-worth individuals, focusing on fixed income and equities. The team adds to Tocqueville's fixed income expertise and will also manage balanced accounts.
